Yes, we coordinate everything from the moment you land at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO). We can arrange your pre-trek accommodation in Moshi and your post-safari stays, so you only have to focus on the experience.

Once we finalize your itinerary, we require a deposit to secure your dates and mountain permits. We accept bank wire transfers and secure online credit card payments. The remaining balance can be settled before you arrive or upon arrival in Moshi.

Yes. We welcome solo adventurers and can either organize a private trek/safari tailored just for you or, in some cases, see if we have a small, like-minded group you can join. Just let us know your preference in your message.

Life happens, and we try to be as flexible as possible. If your travel plans shift, let us know early. As a local company, we can usually adjust your dates without extra fees, provided that mountain permits haven't been issued and our lodges have availability for the new dates and have agreed to the change of dates.
