1. Booking and Payment

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us. This email will include the details of your tour, including dates, itinerary, and any additional services.
• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount and due date will be specified in your booking confirmation.
• Final Payment: The balance of your tour cost must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the start date of your tour. If the booking is made within 30 days of the tour, the full amount is due at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation fees are as follows:
  • More than 30 days before the tour: Loss of deposit.
  • 15-30 days before the tour: 50% of the total tour cost.
  • Less than 15 days before the tour: 100% of the total tour cost.
• Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel a tour for reasons such as insufficient participants or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative tour if available.

3. Changes to Your Booking

• Amendments: If you wish to make changes to your booking, please notify us in writing. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Tour Modifications: We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries or services if necessary, due to factors such as weather conditions, local regulations, or unforeseen circumstances. Any significant changes will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

4. Travel Insurance

• Requirement: Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers. It should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost or stolen belongings.
• Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that your insurance covers all relevant aspects of your trip.

5. Health and Safety

• Medical Conditions: You must inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs but cannot guarantee that all requirements can be met.
• Travel Advisories: It is your responsibility to check travel advisories and ensure that you meet all entry requirements for Tanzania.

6. Responsibility

• Travel Behavior: You agree to follow local laws and regulations and respect local customs and practices. We are not responsible for any issues that arise from non-compliance with these rules.
• Liability: We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during your tour, except where such liability is required by law. This includes, but is not limited to, accidents, theft, or loss of personal belongings.

7. Force Majeure

• Definition: We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations if such failure is due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or other unforeseen events.
• Impact: In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative tour or a refund, less any costs incurred.

8. Complaints and Feedback

• Resolution: If you have any complaints or issues during your tour, please inform our local representative or guide immediately so that we can address the matter promptly.
• Feedback: We welcome your feedback after your tour to help us improve our services.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• Legal Framework: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Tanzania.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of Tanzania.

10. Privacy Policy

• Data Protection: We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available on our website.
